AirCare Solutions Free Estimate isn't so free. Internet

We received a Valpack coupon book in our home and this company was in there. We wanted to get our air ducts cleaned so we called them. The coupon states $18 Unlimited vents, I knew it wouldn't be that cheap but boy was I wrong. We verified the estimate would be free before they came out.

When the two "gentlemen" arrived they immediately climbed in to the attic and revealed mold which we knew existed, we just wanted a free quote. Well, for 6 ducts the grand total was over $1300.00! When I said we would call them if interested the "free" estimate was now a $79 charge.

I called my wife and she verified the girl stated several times it would be a free estimate.  The guys became upset and thought they would intimidate me, wasn't happening. I can only imagine what a single female would feel like! Long story short when I called Aircare solutions to verify what they had said the female asked if I had paid them? I said "no I refused", She then stated "So what's the problem?" I said the problem is they tried to shake me down, she repeated the question, you didn't pay so what's the problem!" 

The problem was, this was a bait and switch and they get away with it my scaring those they feel they can intimidate in there home. I wasn't going to be intimidated by the two con men but beware, these crooks are all over Florida and North Carolina.
