Airductor Solution Katie, John, Kobi Scammers, interested in the upsell only, BROKEN dryer, dirty vents Addision Illinois

I called airductorsolutions because of a coupon found mailer weekly mail. They advertised $89.00 for afull house vent cleaning service including the dryer vent.  When I called, I spoke with Katie. She told me that there might be a $129.00 additional charge for cleaning the return vent to the furnace. I explained that I had my furnace cleaned and checked yearly and she told me the technician would let me know when he arrived. 

Kobi was the top man who showed up to my home. He brought a machine with him, unplugging many things around my home. None of these itemwhere plugged back in as this service has lousy attention to detail. The first thing he saidI upon walking in was that he smelled mold. Hmmm-I never had an issue before. He performed a test behind my back and brought me the results. Then the up-sell began. Kobe approached me 8 (eight) times trying to add on a $400.00 santantizing fee. He finally "gave" me the service for $150.00.  Instead of cleaning, he followed me around saying "I do you favor. I call boss and he say I give to you for this price." I said no and he called again and again, each time lowering the price.  

Their cleaning was inadequate. They show pictures of clean vents. Mine have carpet balls athe other garbage still in them. I pointed this out and Kobi told me it was rust.  Rust? Or carpet balls?  I think I can tell the difference. 

My favorite part-Kobi broke my dryer by sticking a cleaning implement into the blower motor.  He literally took a 20 foot rod and rammed it into the dryer. I said-the dryer is on the other side of this wall. He jammed it anyway. 

I have tried calling the company 4 times now to get them to pay for the repair service that came out. All I get is a run around. Run fast and far fromtheirs company. I wish I had read the reviews.
