Friday was my sons 11th bday. This past Wednesday we ordered an airsoft gun from www.airgunwarehouseinc.com in Tyler, Texas. We paid 149.00 and an additional 57.00 to next day air. We got a confirmation immediately. Today, we waited, my son waited. We contacted the company 15 times through the phone and got a message. Additionally, we sent 8 emails. This is our son's bday present. At 7:00 pm Eastern S Time, I began to google complaints on this company. It seems that three people have been scammed in the last month. They have paid an additional overnight fee only to recieve the order 5 days later. I obviously plan to go through Visa because they have taken 209.00 out of our bank account. The company is not returning calls or messages. My 11 year old son did not get a bday present. The other complaints can be found at yelp.

I read the customer statements and am impressed but they were not on your web site when we ordered this gun. Post the tracking number and a letter from UPS. I bet you cannot because we, after hours, had a UPS manager (a friend of mine for 20 years) confirm that it wasnt shipped. We were following the package and knew when it shipped. We have a UPS hub here in Columbia, SC. The money is not the issue, the issue is, this was a kid's bday present, you did not answer your phone, return calls nor emails. Furthermore, you are not a business, you are operating out of your garage or home somewhere. I spoke with several different detectives in your areal, have pictures of your home business and was very close to flying out to meet you. Do not insult my intelligence. It appears as though you are cash flowing. Not sure if its worth the effort because you are going to end up in jail or a cemetery.

In an attempt to eliminate the basic cause of complaints, the company has hired more employees. However, as of September 2009, BBB files show a continued pattern of complaints and a failure to correct the underlying reason for complaints. Complaints concern delayed delivery of ordered merchandise. Complainants also stated they were unable to contact the company concerning their delivery. The company states that the delays are due to out-of-stock merchandise and back-orders. After a complainant files a complaint with the BBB, the customer's order is shipped

I admit that the package did leave a day late for some unknown reason but it did go by next day air! You ordered on Wednesday, Should have shipped Thursday but did not ship until Friday. ( you were refunded the shipping that Friday ). "It went Next Day Air" next business day from Friday is Monday.
We are here to give customer fast shipping and quality products and speedy customer service. What you claim is not what we are about. I do not see anything on yelp!
Please remember when ordering items that contain co2 or blank ammo to choose ground shipping
If anyone else had a next day air problem they ordered a restricted item and were only charged for ground.
