Airider, Inc. Never sent order, took $453.00, never gave me a refund, website is now down, doesn't answer my calls or email Barrie, Ontario

I ordered the Airider Vacuum cleaner online from Airider, Inc from Ontario Canada. They use paypal for payment method which took out $443 out of my acct right away.

The ad said it would be shipped in 10 business days. After the 10 days I started to email them. They kept saying it was on backorder and it will be sent out shortly. I tried calling the phone # but you can't dial the phone # due to it being Canada. After months of trying to contact them and to just cancel my order, I started to bombard them with email telling them to call me. Which they then finally desided to call me. I told them to cancel my order. I have waited long enough. He said the billing will issue a refund back to my acct and to wait at least 2 weeks. I never got a refund and I continued to call the number and email them again. After I got them to call me back again they then started telling me that they were having problems with the on switch and that they were in the process of sending out refunds to customers and that I should be seeing the refund soon. But I still have not seen the refund.

I contacted Paypal, but they said they can no longer help me because it has been past 45 days. It has now been 5 months. Their website is taken down, no one answers my email and I can't get anyone to call me back.

I've tried the Better Business Bureau of Canada but I couldn't find any info there. I need some help. I'm not sure where to turn next.
