I ordered 2pairs of air jordan shoes on this website for $147.98 (Free shipping). Upon receiving my order one pair of shoes was Stained and the Soles of the shoe were yellow (Soles of the shoe should've been clear/transparent)

The other pair was Not the shoe that I had ordered, Not even similar. Totally different.

They have No phone number to contact them, its all done thru e-mail. Since they are in China they respond to e-mails very slow, @ odd times and only once per day. Im guessing cuz of the time difference.

When I e-mailed them about my issues with the order and my request to returning both pairs of shoes for a Full refund. I was told to send pictures of the shoes, the box, and the shipping labels. I sent the pics as request.

They wanted to Compensate Only 15% on my purchase which came out to about $22. Their excuse for sending the Stained shoe & the Totally different shoe is because they are (best sellers online and being Out of Stock is a "common phenomenon")

I declined the 15% and in order to return the shoes, I would have to pay All shipping fees about $80.  Its a Lose lose situation, whether I returned the shoes or kept them. I took it as a total loss... Be careful Not to make the mistake that I made.
