Airrosti Rehab Center False advertising San Antonio Nationwide

I got a promotion email from Airrosti that they offer "a no-cost Airrosti visit from now through December". There is no small letter or anything. I visited there twice in December because I don't need to pay co-pay. Then, Airrosti charged me co-pay for the second visit. I called Airrosti and she claimed that co-pay is waived only the first time visit because the promotion says "a no-cost Airrosti visit". The article "a" implies the waive is only the first time visit. So cheap. 

I hope everybody is being healthy, but also I want everybody know what you expect when you are dealing with billing in Airrosti.
