Sir ,

 

My name is Ann. I am very much frusturated of this bad Airtel service. I am using Airtel internet connection in my home with the modem Installed by Airtel service. I has been repaired because of some password problem. I called the airtel customercare service and told about it. But the people from airtel service told that they will send a person to my room for repairing and reinstalling the modem. But 5 days has been passed but no one came from airtel service. Everyday my routine work is calling to airtel customer service. And hearing the same response from them. I felt very bad about the airtel services and their customer care people.

I joined in online courses and I paid 1500 dollar for that, it is 93000 rs in india. Without this airtel internet connection I cant able to attend my online classes. I dont have net for 4 weeks. I lost my one month class which worth 93000. My hard earned money was wasted because of this bad airtel customer care service.

I am very much sad and frusturated about this airtel. I don't know what the people are doing in the airtel customer care service.

Finally i planned to take atleast a new connection again from airtel. Because I already spend a lot for my classes. So at anyway I have to atten the class. Again I called to airtel customer service for a new connection. They told me they will give the new connection in 5 days. Again same condition everytime i have to call airtel service and heared the same words.

 

One day one person came to my room from airtel and took 500rs from me for installation charges and filled up the form for new conection and told me within two day i will get the connection. But 4 days has been passed I didnt get the airtel internet connection. I am very much frusturated.

 

As usual I again called to airtel customer service and asked about my status. The asked my mobile number and name and told that your request is not registered.

I dont know what to do.. They can give their connection after some days. But can they give back my one month class and money.

Because of this frsturation only im putting my views here to show to every one about their airtel bad customer service.

Still didnt get my Airtel Broadband connection

Yester evening I called to your airtel customer service again, what they told is my number is not registered.

 

I gave my request number then also they said its not valid.

 

I have more than 3 request number which has been give by airtel customer service senior officers. And having one complasint id which has given to me yesterday. They told me I can get the connection in next 24 hrs. But already 24 hrs passed, but i didnt get my airtel connection.

 

I am not going to stop this until i get my connection, Because my loss amount is more than 1100$.
