I have seen worse experience with airtellcallhome.com to call from US to India.
They have Forfeited amount from my account , Charging more on credit card , No reply from customer service and escalation department.
I will suggest not to become part of rip off and with this service. I found IndiaLD is much better and cheaper than Airtel
