The contract implied that professional web pages would be designed and a www presence established and maintained.

The home page design was satisfactory, but none of the pages contained keyword links or search engine ability to get the site into computers.

I had to totally trust their handling of this end of the business because I had no previous knowledge of any of the factors involved.

My own efforts were placed in the purchasing of equipment and supplies to handle the service and menu items we planned to sell.

From all our efforts and monies invested with AIS, Merchant Accounts, Licensing, establishing the ability to prepare, package and ship our products, etc.etc., there was never even one hit, of which I am aware, on the site and only was seen by myself and those I had personally directed to it. There was not even one internet sale of our product.

All our time, efforts, and monies were wasted because there was no ability within the site for it to be seen; especially by the targeted market of office workers previously determined to be the market for our aim and service.

In my opinion, since no advice was ever even offered as to the necessity of having keywords and search engine listings in order to have a real and functioning web site presence, AIS behaved in an un-professional way, and breached our contract.

AIS Media, Inc. provided all three services to his satisfaction.

AUTHOR: Denise - (U.S.A.)

This individual did in fact contract AIS Media, Inc. to build a web site for his daughter's business. I was the account executive and individual who developed the signed proposal. Robert recieved a proposal that outlined hosting, design and ecommerce.

AIS Media, Inc. provided all three services to his satisfaction. The search engine submission and marketing services were not contracted for and therefore not performed. We did in fact speak early on about the marketing aspect but because Robert did not have the product ready for shipping it was a moot point.

We regret that this project turned out as it had. It takes two willing parties and although we were willing, we do expect to be paid for services rendered. At no time did we promise anything in the way of hits or sales.

The failure of the business cannot be the responsibility of AIS Media, as we are not an incubator but a web design and development firm. Our marketing division has been very successful for the clients who choose to utilize the services. Robert chose not to utilize the services.
