They will also attempt to upgrade you without obtaining your permission... watch your credit card information closely. As soon as payment goes through they will not answer your calls or requests. Staff cannot speak English fluently or clearly, appear to be new immigrants with minimal to no understanding of what professional qualifications are. Staff is also rude and unpolished, not worth the price. Also if you are able to get them to send you any profiles THESE PROFILES ARE NOT VETTED, numerous fake profiles with little to no information.
