I own a small business in NEW JERSEY. I had a gentleman (AND I USE THAT TERM LOOSELY) Call me about providing a "AUDITING" service for my restaurant. We made an appt and he came to see me. We sat down & I listened to his speel...to make a long story short.... He told me that all utility companies can be audited due to price changes & fluctuation in the market & commodities & that I would be recieving a 5 thousand dollar (approx) check after he was done providing me with his service. He asked for 300 dollars up front and we singed a contract. I was reluctant to give AKIN AJALA (AJA ASSOCIATES) the money but I did. (thinking that he would be honest). He also reasured me that my money would be reimbursed if he couldnt get me a refund during his audit. I gave him all my utility bills and he looked them alll over. He told me that for sure I was entitled to money from the perspective utility companies I use.

He told me to give him a 4 months & that hed be in touch. Before he left with my check, of course...He reasured me that my money was safe & that he ran a respectable business. 6 months past and STILL no response. I placed calls after calls, only to be ignored. I them stepped it up a notch & kept calling until he answered. Every time I called Id get an excuse about how he was busy & that hed call me back. He would never call back. I them proceded to keep calling until he would call back. Everytime I got him on the phone...it was another excuse.

A year went by and STILL he couldnt provide the services he had initially promised! (AJA ASSOCIATES, AKIN AJALA)...I then had had enough & asked for my money back. This is where it gets fun people!...He would keep telling me that I was entitled to my money back (duh). But everytime I pressed him for a date of refund ...hed keep telling me that it was in the hands of his accounting service...(he's the owner...he can bypass that)...I gave him more time...2 weeks went by and STILL no money back. By this time...I just want my money reimbursed to me that I paid & was promised back becuase he could not provide the service he promised!...Everytime Id call..he ignore all my messages.

I continued my calls to him and each time, there was another excuse. Finally I got fed up...I then told him that I didnt want any excuses and that ALL I WANTED WAS MY MONEY BACK...Tis is where it getrs REALLY fun...Everytime i asked when Id get my money he"d respond by saying, (and I quote).." I have NO opinion on that"...WHAT?? no OPINION??? AKIN AJALA is of African descent (most likely Nigerian)...That should have been my first clue that he wouldnt be honest! Another scam artist! I finally got through to him today again and , GET THIS...He told me that id be hearing from his attorney....LMAO! For what??? I was the one thast got taken for 300 hundred dollars! 

I warn eveyone that comes into contact with this clown...to run! Run fast! Do NOT give this thief your money. He will NOT provide you with any rendered services. He will take you money & run...He will then ignore you & threated to call his atto0rny on you if you call him repeatedly. AKIN AJALA claimd to have an auditing company. Thats we he suppossedly claims. It has been over a year now and I think its safe to say that I will not EVER get my moneyt back! i warn EVERYONE to NOT do business with this man! Once again, his name is AKIN AJALA. His company is A.J.A ASSOCIATES AUDITING, INC! He is located in Hillside NJ. I want to warn everyone to NOT give this thief a dime. I dont want to see him rip off another person! I AM WARNING EVERYONE! So sad to see 300$ of my hard earned money go down the tube!
