AjdG Solutions totally ripped me off.  I purchased the Merchant e-Solutions for WocCommerce Plugin from www.AjdG.solutions (www.AjdG.net).  Of course I expected it to have the most basic functionality for an online payment plugin.

After purchasing it, and spending a full week of development around the plugin, we discovered the plugin does not cover recurring charges.  Anyone doing basic ecommerce knows recurring monthly payments are standard today for business online.  And this is a basic function of any payment portal.

The AjdG.net (AjdG.solutions) website did NOT say the plugin was missing this basic functionality (like buying a car and finding out wheels are not included).

I asked Arnan de Gans politely if he could add the feature to the Merchant e-Solutions for WooCommerce Plugin.  He said it was too “complicated”.  I totally understand that.  Fine.  No problem.

I then asked for a refund and he said “no” because “nowhere on his website did it say the software DID include the basic feature (once again like saying in an automobile ad that the car absolutely does come with wheels or an engine).  I can’t believe people still sell junk and treat customers like this.

I never would have bought this plugin if I knew it only half-worked.  Arnan knows this, but apparently doesn't care.

 And all this over about $30.  Unreal.

Very disappointed.  Not an honest vendor.  Do not recommend.
