Ajilon Communication ***Ajilon Communication BAD Management***discrimination, harassment and retaliation on going Santa Fe Spring California

i'm one of the employee who fight for rights and dignity, respect and honor. on behalf of ajilon techs our complains was formal and in order. we have contacted and file a complain to the supervisor, manager, main office and corporate office. but yet, these management did not resolve our complaints. almost every filipino's technican has been harass and discriminate by supervisor name criss cass followed by his dog's raul munoz and jeff bergantine protected by their big dog's jim c. please if you plan to get started for your career dont do business to this company because they politics you just like what happen to the others. ex. they will suspend you but never give you a call when to go back to work until you quit. regardless how your performance is? if the management dont like you specially your skin they will do everything they can for you to quit...this company has been sued so many times because of misleading the employee's...the corporate office did not want to involve but they tolerated........speak to one of the employee befor you do business to this company.....
