Ajilon Consulting Ajilon fails to follow through contractual obligations San Ramon, California

In September of last year, Ajilon contacted me about a long term contract position with the City of Phoenix. After the interview process Ajilon offered me a position (I still have the offer letter) starting in two weeks contigent upon a background check which they would schedule after terminating my current position. I informed my current employer of my new employement and then notified Ajilon. They said they were waiting for information from the city for the background check. After two weeks, they still hadn't scheduled the background check and I was getting nervous about the entire thing. I called Bitan numerous times trying to get updates, she kept telling me that it would only be a week, then another week, then another. Needless to say the position never materialized AFTER they had me leave my current position. They handled all matters very unprofessionally and left me jobless. Be forewarned before accepting a position with Ajilon that they don't care anything about you it is all numbers for profit.
