AK Treadmill Repair Specialists Lied, Jacked up prices, never completed order Ripoff Lawndale California

AK Treadmill charged me $89 to come out and check my exercise bike. They told me what I needed and I ordered the two parts. They said it would take 5 to 7 business days.

They called back and told me the parts would be $40 for one and $30 for the other. That seemed very high to me but I said alright.

A week and a half later still no parts. I asked them to check on my parts and they didn't. I called the parts place myself and they said there was no record of the order.

I called AK back and they said they had to order them again. Another week went by and nothing. When I called AK again they said the parts should be there that day.

I didn't hear anything again so again I called the parts place and again they said no record of order. I called AK back and asked to speak to the manager. It was 10:00am and I was told he left for the day.

I told the woman that there was still no record of the order and that I must talk to the manager the next morning.

When I called the next day the recording said the office will be closed for a week. AK never mentioned that to me.I finally just called the parts place and ordered the parts myself.

It came to $25 for both parts. AK was going to charge me $70. AK never called me back!
