I purchased a design on akdesigner.com and when it arrived (24 hours later) i found out that the html and css are not as described, links and other elements positions are not matching the PSD files and it seems like someone who doesnt have experience at all try to recap a psd to html in 2 seconds.
this html conversion is far from being useful, I never seen any company that provides such poor quality services!
I contacted the seller with my complains and all his reply was:
