Hi,

I wanted to shed some Truth on this topic -

First off - The Mastermind behind all these scams is none other than Mr. Akshay Sadana. He is NOT a lawyer! he has an MBA from some third class school in India and came here on an H-1B himself! he worked at a law firm in NYC for one season where he learned how to file H-1B visa applications.

In 2004 he hired a few interns on comission and got them to answer emails and phone calls from people who inquired into Reliable Associates advertisements in different indian forums such as Naukri.com and Sulekha.com etc. By October he had filed about 60 H-1B Applications using "Michael Poccio, Esq." name and signature - This was a partner in his earlier venture "American Immigration Consulting" (aicus.net) whom Akshay also ripped offed and used his name and false signatures to get his H-1B applications favored by the USCIS. He had taken $3500/USD from each of the 60 applicants - Thats approximately $210,000.00 USD in a matter of 4 months. He bought a new Silver Chrysler 300 but could'nt keep his wife as a result of his drinking and lies. Amid the 60 H-1's filed by Reliable Associates was one for Ankita - Akshay's Sister. Since he fired his interns as he didnt wish to pay them anymore - he started using his sister and her husband Raj to establish this family scam of a business. Since the USCIS request's to see contracts between companies as evidence of actual placement/project.

Akshay had his sister and brother in law form new companies and used their letter head to make fake contracts between the two companies. His father Vijay Sadana's name has also been used in several places. Not sure if he knows what good deeds his Son Akshay has been up to.

Akshay, Ankita (Sister) and Raj (Brother in Law) also go by several other names - bottom line is that their ONLY interest is in getting your money. Once they have it - you cant even get a hold of them. If you're lucky enough to get an H-1B and get through the consulate and get to the US - you wont find any support which is required by Law from employers who sponsor H-1B applications. There is NO TRAVEL REIMBURSEMENT, NO PAY, there is NO MEDICAL INSURANCE, NO BENEFITS, NO SUPPORT - NOTHING! because they dont spend a nickle from their own pocket to support employee's - they even treat you like an employee - their sole interest is in the "transaction".

They have NO CLIENTS! the ones that they do have - were not found by them or acquired by their own efforts or contacts - rather it was one of their poor consultants who after lots of hard luck found a project on his own - and these folks take credit and name this client to all other prospects as if they have business contacts/relationships with these firms when they really dont!

In 2005 the few consultants that had come to the US and found work on their own without any help or support from Akshay Sadana - were charged rediculous amounts against their paychecks - He's taken out $1000's of dollars from people's payroll to pay his own company taxes!!

These guys are following in the footsteps of Cybersoftec - the company who's owners went to Jail and all their assets were repossesed/frozen by the Dept. of Homeland Security and ICE. Their hurting innocent people by showing them the hopes of a life and career in the US - when they're really just interested in scamming them for their money, with no intentions of helping anyone actually find a job or adjust after a huge international relocation to the US. Most of these people are too scared to do anything or report these atrocities to the authorities as they are dependant on the H-1B visa of the same company - so if there's no company - their stay in the US is questionable.

Its only a matter of time before the authorities catch up to these folks and put them behind bars for years to come - Akshay has no moral compass and thinks he is untouchable by the authorities - but he will be struck by reality soon.

Akshay, if you have time to get away from your online dating and your booze - We'd love to hear from you in rebuttal of all the above - You've been called out!

Sincerely,

Stickit2you
