Akuma Helmets theft,lyer,fraud San Antnio Texas

Kerry Harris, the owner of AKUMA Helmets contacted our company in Jan. of 2009 to design new line of helmets and jackets for his company. At the time he had another artist on board with him already doing so. I mentioned that this may be a conflict of interest and he lyed to us saying that he would no longer us the guy anymore.

As time went on we both entered a contract stating what we would do and how much we are to get paid for the work we submit. Since than we have put in hundred of man hours painting,reserching,net working and designing jackets and helmets for his company. Part of the contract that he drew up with his lawer states clearly that if the work we submit does not go into production we are to be paid for it.

Everything seemed to be going well, I had a very good relationship with Kerry until it came time for him to pay for something. I had sent Kerry an invoice for money owed for work that we did. At the time we had spoken to Kerry on a regular bases, since I sent him an invoice we had not heard from him in well over a month. Being concerned we started really looking into Akuma helmets and what they are really about.

It seems that this is part of how he runs his buisness and makes alot of money doing so. Kerry is a scame artist, he has even gone as far as texting us after weeks of trying to get a hold of him and saying he is sick and in the hopital with cancer or in an other country. Knowing that was not true we started to find out that everything that he told us was not true! We hope to expose what he is doing so it does not happen to others in the future.

I spent a lot of time trying to figure out why he does this to people and the only thing that I can come up with is that he just refuses to pay for the work people do for him. I have called and spoken to other companies that he has done buisness with in the past and all had the same thing to say about him.
His practices are clearly illegal and he needs to be stopped! I am hoing that some one can help us with this matter.
