I contacted Al Casimiro about my 5 month old German Shepherd that was unruly.  I found him on the internet and called the same day. He immiediatley called me back and told me that he would have my dog off leash trained and that because of his bloodlines, I should sign the dog up for protection training that would take place at a later date.  I agreed and Al sent me a contract to sign.  I was traveling, but Al was very persistent in getting me to sign the contract.  I had my 12 year old daugther sign it and take a picture of it to send to Al.

My husband was traveling for work and the following morning I contacted Al and told him that I wanted to wait and talk to my husband.  He told me that it was too late and that my card was charged.  He assured me that my dog would be ok.  He gave me the address to take my dog and when I showed up it was a home with a small boarding kennel.  Sharon Deboer owned the boarding and there was a sign for k9 specialisit hangning on the outside of her building.  She introduced herself and said that she would be training my dog.

Al had assured me that the use of Shock collars was not the typical shock collar.  He said it was like getting a small shock when walking across the carpet.  I assumed that this was just a training tool and not the only way a dog was trained.  I never even met AL.  Several weeks later Sharon contacted me and said that my dog was trained and ready to go home.  When I went to get him she made me walk with him on and off the leash, but he was wearing a SHOCK collar the entire time.  He did behave and I was happy with how he seemed at that time.

SHe had me write a review before leaving. My husband thought that was a bad idea, but I didn't listen and I wrote the review based on how I was feeling at that time.  After getting home I realized that my dog was not trained.  He would only listen half of the time when he had the collar on. He had burn marks on his skin and missing hair from the collar.  He would yelp at times and I wasn't comfortable with this type of training.  I contacted Sharon about the marks on his skin and she said to put nail polish on the metal prongs.

I even contacted Al about how he acted when he saw other dogs and Al advised me to shock him harder. I knew this was bad,but figured I would wait until Al contacted me about the protection work to let him know that I didn't want to do personal protection which I had already paid for.  I also began researching and noticing that dogs need to be tested to see if they are even able to to protection work as some of them do not have stable nerves.  I also became skeptical when I received that Dog Certificate. It was a certificate covered by the ADA. I am not disabled and my dog doesn't perform any tasks for me.

I began researching and noticed that anyone can buy a phony certificate on line for 80 plus dollars.  I paid Al 500 for this certificate.  Al never contacted me about the protection work so I contacted him and told him that I wanted a refund for that service. I said that if I didn't get the refund I was going to file a chargeback thinking that I had up to a year with our credit card company.  Al refused, but later said he would take care of me on pay pal or square.  He never did.  Al has tried to say that I only want a refund because I need the money and he even had people that he uses for his business write reviews on yelp.  He keeps referring to my initial review which isn't even credible because it was on the day of pick up while my dog had a shock device on him.
