This is not a scam I fell for but rather one that I know exists due to them sending me emails. It does not turn up in search engines and as a result I am posting this report to better aid individuals who are approached by this company. Additional information follows:

The following is an email sent after asking them to look into your investment opportunity. Understand, this was sent within 1 hour of the initial email, as is investors make decisions that require this kind of confidential information that quickly.

In return you  provide the information i asked so that i would have indepth information about your company and you in person. One good turn deserves another.

I think it is better to know very well about the people you are dealing with and also to be able to identify them anywhere you may meet.

I think that we should get to know each other very well at this junture and build that trust. Please refer to my previous mail to and provide the information as stated. I am glad that you have the vision of bringing good investment to your people

We will have to draw an agreement and Memorandum of Understanding but before  that I will demand you send to us a copy of proof of your identity and  personal contact details so that we will be at home with the person we are dealing with before reveal all other transaction details.
