Al Schweitzer and Court Cash did not live up to their promises! The training was very haphazzard and was handled by his alleged ex-wife Petra. After the first couple of sessions she rarely ever made the scheduled calls. We would have to track her down which sometimes took weeks. She would reschedule with us and then miss the call again. At one point we didn't hear from her nor could we reach her for over a month. Members of her chatroom were asking where she was!
We had a large judgment that Court Cash claimed they would handle for us when we signed up for the program. They never did ANYTHING to make this happen. After numerous efforts to contact Al Schweitzer I finally hired an attorney to get my money back. Schweitzer's approach seems to be to string you along past the official 30-day refund period then the training tanks so they can try to claim you aren't entitled to a refund.
Schweitzer ultimately agreed to give me a refund but that obviously didn't happen. I have since filed an arbitration and have an Award. My next step is to go to the State Attorney Generals for Florida and Texas.
I hope others who have had issues with this company/individual will step up to the plate.

Court Cash Legitimate

I cannot refute the original report details, but I can show a counterpoint. I took the Court Cash course approx 12 - 14 months ago. I paid $9,000 to receive 10 sessions of private coaching from Petra, Al Schweitzer's ex-wife.
Yes, she sometimes missed the scheduled coaching session and I had to rebook. But I cannot fault Al for those scheduling problems. And no, the course did not teach 100% of everything to make money with this business. However, it did teach a solid foundation from which to launch a business and figure out details as you went along.
My business, Fast Judgment Recovery, is doing very well and improving every day with new found
ideas to streamline the entire process. How did I do with that $9,000 investment? My very first deal
returned 200% profit.
As with any start up, many people expect the opportunity presenter to hold them by the hand and lead them to the finish line. This is a business for self starters, those that can think on their feet, finding solutions and answers that may not be in the text or coaching sessions. An opportunity is just that, an opportunity and not a guarantee.
Once in business for yourself you become an entrepreneur. The very definition of the word entrepreneur is "someone who is accountable for the inherent risks and the outcome."
By the way, Petra ended up scamming me and ripping me off for $11,000. You will find my complaint in this forum as well. However, it does not alter the fact this business works, as long as you're willing
to put in the time.
