Al Williams Con artist suppose to deliver topsoil delivered trash Greer Sc South Carolina

On 6 June 2018 Al Williams charged me $465 dollars to deliver "topsoil” to my residence in Lyman, SC. I told Mr.Williams I was a disabled Veteran, and a single mother. Long story short the junk he delivered has glass, trash, huge sticks, rubber, metal, pieces of tile, shoe strings, I’ve even found an old railroad nail in it. I contacted Mr. Williams and explained what I was finding and he called me a "liar” and said he was done with me. I then contacted who recommend him to me and he said "sorry that happened.” It’s a shame Mr. Williams feels he can rip off people, especially a Gulf War Veteran where I injured my leg and it will never be the same, not to mention a single mother. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT deal with this con artist. I have all the debris and photos of everything.
