Al Zeigler Livestock Animal arrived dead. Paid in full. Oct. 2010 move started...still not finished. Said maybe July 2011. Britt , Iowa

Used him for livestock once and he was fine, if a bit profane and unprofessional at times.

Second time we used him an animal arrived dead.   

We had already contracted to use him for another move at that point so we continued since we had already paid him and trusted him at that point.  (Mistake). 

Third move was begun 7 months ago.  He assured me he had the equipment to move everything we had but it turns out he didn't even have a truck able to transport our large items.  He's saying now he MIGHT be able to get to us by July.

In making calls to him he was always evasive at first then outright rude and cussed me out and hung up on me.  It reminded me of an 8 year old little boy really. 

We are contracting out to someone else for the rest of the move and have already hired a lawyer. 

We will be suing him for breach of contract among other things as soon as our load is hauled by another contractor.
