Realtor Alain Tang showed a property for rent early April 2014.  We told him to foward the paperwork to us so that we could start the application process.  We were relocating to Orlando Florida from California and we were moving to the rental site unseen.  Every day we called Mr. Tang asking where the paperwork was and when it would be coming.

He told us that his computer crashed and he had to re-type the document.  10 days later he sends an application that he had downloaded from the internet and clearly did not re-type.

We called him the next day and paid $100.00 for the application and credit check fee.  He told us to fill out a 15 page application and return our Driver's Licenses and other sensitive information.

Upon doing so he sent us a link to a website that required us to re-enter the identical information that we filled out on paper.  According the the website company that did the backround check and credit check they told us that the realtor usually enters the information which is why they collected a fee of $100.00.

We then emailed Mr. Tang 3 times asking specific questions as to the rental.  Mainly minor stuff but we needed answers before we mailed off a check for $3,650.00.

Mr. Tang did not return our emails for 3 days.  Once he did so we sent a check and the lease agreement as requested on a friday with delivery set for Monday.

On Saturday the next day he sent a 1 line email that the offer for the lease had expired.  Meanwhile our household goods and 2 vehicles were put on a truck to Florida from California.

After several phone calls with the Homeowner Mr. Fang who we will file a seperate report about he wanted to move forward.  Mr. Tang treated us with disrepect and distain.  He accused us of not returning documents and complaining about the process when all we wanted to know is who would pay for the trash and access to the pool that was located within the community.

Mr. Tang cost us an additional $1,429.61 for having to have our stuff stored while we searched for a new rental unit in the same area.  He also never returned phone calls nor emails to this point.
