Each time it rains the roof leaks.

There are rodents in the laundry room.

The second floor hallways smells of mildew and mold each time it rains.

Since I have been here I have noticed that there are insects all over the entrances.

I do not believe that they use a pest control service.

This is a temperary dwelling for myself but, there are others that have made this their home.

I feel bad for those individuals because I have heard how the owner and her sister talk about these people.

They treat them like trash but, have no problem with spending the rent that these individuals pay.

I believe that they are overcharging also, especially since they do not choose to upkeep the building.

Tragic.
