I payed to Alan Baltes for publicist services for actors (I am an actress). He has not performed the services. When I requested a refund he has never issued a refund!!!
Such a scammer and has to be punished for this!

Alan Bales has stopped answering my requests for the refund

I have contacted Alan Baltes regarding refund. He first wrote me that he would refund me as soon as his financial situation gets better. I've waited for several months. Never heard back from him. I contacted him again. He has never answered me and blocked me on Social Media sites.

I never recieved a refund request from Ekaterina Zharkova. I asked for her to email me her information needed to write an article and promote her as agreed. She never sent me anything. I have emailed her in regards to this with no response, and wish to resolve the matter as soon as possible.
