Alan Haarburger Bank Guarantee monetization scam Manalapan New Jersey

 Alan Haarburger asked me to wire him $5000 to what he said I would be investing in a Soleil Bank Guarantee with a group of of investors The second wire for $4000 was sent to his personal account on July 5 2016 The first $ 1000 on June 30, 2016 He gave me what he called a profit participation agreement in writing saying my share of the monetization would be $500,0000 I was associated with Alan Haarburger for over 2 years I told him that was my last $ 5000 and he knew I was disabled After approximately 3 months I find out from a real Bank Instrument expert that I was scammed and that there is no such thing as investing $5000 with a group of other people expecting a large return or share of the monetization I've asked for my money back and he did deposit $764 into my bank account for what he called an advance on a completely supposed different Transaction namely he was monetizing a 500 million SBLC from the Central Bank of Brazil for an Indian group that he got dueto my ad on LinkedIn He gave me a written fee agreement for that deal to pay me a million dollars Never got that fee either I trusted Alan Haarburger and he said I understood the Soleil Bank monetization deal and I should get my money back in July It doesn't take 3 months to monetize a BG
