Alan Hirschkorn / Jeffrey Hirschkorn Alan , Jeffrey , Peabody , Osceola county school bus employee , peabody vacations , False Claims , False reports against Landlord . DISMISSED !!!!!!! orlando, Florida

It seem`s as though a false report was made against the former landlord ( Bob Ross ) without even his (Bobs) knoledge , Fortunately it was Dismissed in his (Bobs) favor , which The former landlord was unaware of as well .

The reason I know , is I called to tell him of these developements , and he was totally suprised ..

Well as it ends up these charges were unfounded and dismissed as ordered by orange county ,
How this would have been done against Bob is a total kick in the Butt to Bob..

Bob has allowed Allan to live peacefuly , or as peaceful as he can with a Kid Like Jeffrey related to Him ( LOL ) Bob has went without even asking him for the rent Alan legally owes for his time living in his home ,
Bob has a signed lease with Both alan and Jeffreys signature , I have seen the posted copys ...
Bob has also been cheated from other worthless checks given to him and other vendors from their stay at his residence , for which Jeffrey lost a judgement Bob had him in court for ( seminole county ).
 
Also Now that Bob is aware of this back door tactic Alan has attempted ,
He has followed up and also has found that Alan Has in similar to his son Jeffrey Hirschkorn
Filed for Bankruptcy ...( Like father like son )

Now Here is the big laugh folks ... Jeffrey filed and was still not able to file pending his last fileing in 2004 , and a notice went out to bob and others , allowing all the insight to jeffreys future plans in Sept. 2011.      AND  Now,

Alan has filed bankruptcy as well but neglected to list Bob (landlord ) as a creditor ( allowing the former landlord the Available option to now file Judgements against both scam artists !!!! , Jeffrey ( who is presently in Jail till aug 2012 ) and Alan who would go behind anyones back to cheat and scam , from money they rightfully owe and dont want to pay , and who presently is employed
 
At Osceola county school bus co. as a Driver of children . And Now that he has awakened a sleeping advacate against scams , Alan can expect to get a claim filed against him for his flagerent attempt to misdirect and cheat people of their rightful payment for services provided them and abused ...

You Go Bob , who is also named ( The real landlord ) in many , recent posts here on ripoffreport.com
