Alan Jeffords Carol Brewer Con Artists and Scammers Come to Glendale, Arizona

aka Simple Clean Deck & Cover Build . 3/26/2018 Showed up day 1 and backed into our garage, cracking the brick structure.

Owner/ Manager Alan would not do anything until we showed him video proof. So construction began, and we are still having water leaking from the deck covering.

They have come back several times but never fix the actual issue which are holes in the metal rooftop; Alan was here earlier this week to clean off the deck top and then he power washed and sealed the deck bottom.

So move ahead 2 days later to 6/7/2018 . Someone "accidentally" deposited 2 post dated checks for August and September.

We found them on Home Advisor and are very disappointed in the quality of their work, communication with us as a customer.

Oh and how they wiped our checking account out by depositing checks before the agreed upon dates on the Invoice.

Please avoid this company...you will end up with inadequate work and maybe a negative balance in your bank account.  He told my husband to finish the job himself.  Great way to treat your customers . 

Montgomery County Sherriff's cannot serve him for small claims suit against him- Address for business is wrong and so is the phone #

I spoke to someone to Law Enforcement in Tennessee and he moves around alot scamming and hasnothing in his name

Just heard that Alan Jeffords was arrested on 18 OCT in Tennessee.  Heard that it was a sting operation and they have lots of evidence.  Should hit the media later today or Monday.  

Going by the name Al Jeffords & Carol Brewer they have landed in Santa Maria, CA operating a business they call NuShield Santa Maria Mobile Reconditioning & Detailing. His big pitch is that the technology he developed for the military on their vehicles & planes is no longer needed, so the government told him that he is free to sell it to the public and it makes you car invisible to radar!

He is tearing through various business people in our small community with an aggressive, charging rhino, overbearing demeanor (especially with female business prospects) and he says he has owned many different business types like automotive shops, marketing firms, tech companies, is a master mechanic and more.

Our community is too small to do business that way and people here are watching out for each other. There are several people talking in our small town, saying that seems that if he does not get what he wants, when he wants it from you, then he berates and verbally abuses you.
