Kurash & Associates sent me to a fake Counselor named Scott Rocush in Aurora IL for an alcohol & drug evaluation. His degree is fake as they are. He tried to sell me vitamins. Very big scam this place. Then I had to get a blower on my car for 2 years. It cost me about $600 a month. I would not send any one to this a*s hole. My dad is still paying him every month. He told my dad he would put me in jail if he did not pay anymore. My father is 61 years old. When I called his office and talked to this a*s hole I got the run around.
