If I can give this company a zero star I would.This alarm company added 5 year contract to a current contract that I am currently in WITHOUT my consent. My current contract can't be modified in any way unless with a signature . Alarm protection called me while I am in contract for another 18 months offer to extend for 5 more years for some new alarm gadgets , I discussed different options including fees and agreed to an appointment to confirm and to sign contract since like originally did. I decided to cancel the appointment and after numerous to get James the sales rep on the phone I called the direct number and was told I was in an additional 5 year contract and there was no option to cancel .

I told them I didn't agree to that and that my contract could not be modified with signatures , he went ahead to states nothing could be done . I call back to speak with someone else since I was told there was no supervisor to speak with , and was told the same thing. I ask to get a copy of this so called contract and was told they could not provide one. On my three call to them I was told that the contract was not modified it was a new contract . Then what my current contract was terminated without written consent as required by contract . Then who gave authorization for direct bank payments. I am so disgusted with this company .I have contacted the Attorney Generals office , Department of Agriculture and Consumer services ,and Department of Business and Professional Regulation and submitted complaints
