I was looking for an alarm monitoring service for our second home in CO, and found this company on the internet. I was pleased with the support group working with me to hook up my security system with their monitoring service. We were unable to get my equipment to communicate in the necessary manner for the service to work. I was told by the service person that I would not be billed for the service. 

Several months later I noticed that I was being billed for a service that I never recieved. I called the company looking for a credit and to stop billing. They informed me that I could not get a credit because I had not cancelled the service I never had. They also told me to cancel online which gives them an addition 2 months worth of billing before they cancel the service. 

This is clearly a scam operation looking to make money off consumers that sign agreements that may protect them and and their scam, but has no interest in doing what is right and taking care of customers.
