Worst company ever.  I paid for a year of monitoring in advance and I paid for insurance in case equipment did not work & they sent me a communicator to hook up to my existing ADT system. When it arrived I called and they said I needed to get an additional piece so I paid extra for that called a couple of times trying to get someone to get it hooked up.  Originally they said not to cancel the old company until we got the new one set up so fortunately I still had ADT monitoring my system.  I was not getting any help and basically just gave up. After a year I was charged a monthly fee for 2-3 months and I called to find out why?  They said my year was up and I was now being charged on a monthly basis.  I said that was nuts that I have never even been set up yet and that I have a full year of service coming.

They said no, when you signed up you agreed to auto billing.  I said no I did not but they said if you look at the agreement it says you did.  Sure enough it is buried there.  I said but I still have not even been set up yet and they said sorry we bill whether set up or not. 

They proceeded to say I needed to cancel and until then I would be billed.  I said that was nuts and I wanted to cancel and wanted a refund.  They then proceeded to charge my account $299.95 until I returned their equipment.  Bottom line is they basically blackmail you in the cancellation process to agree to their terms or else they will not process the cancellation or refund.

What a racket and a very shady and dishonest company.  Do not use them it will not save you any money in the long run.

Do your research first, they had all bad and terrible reviews.  Don’t make the same mistake I did by not looking into them first.
