Albert Arcuri, Game Seller Pros, GameSellerPros Beware!! They are a scam, Internet

Dont think paypal can help you. They do not judge over internet meta-items. They just say no, which is why GSP can be dicks - you can charge back, but PP says no, regardless.

They take your money, and then keep postponing and then offer you new stuff for even more money. You can start by paying $199 for 5 plat and end up paying 2k for outdated raid gear if you are not careful.

Just beware. Their website seems so professional, and you always speak to an american. You think you are doing ok, but these guys are worse than chinese gold hunters in my opinion

DON'T GET SCREWED BY ALBERT ARCURI.  He's been scamming people for years now and needs to be brought to justice.

I've had a similar experience with Albert Arcuri. I can see that he's up to his old tricks again. I order some merchandise from him and needless to say, I receive a box full of styrofoam peanuts.

Don't believe a word Albert says. He's a good liar, and I guess that's the reason we are all posting about him on this website.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND contacting the ORANGE COUNTRY CONSUMER FRAUD DEPT at 407-836-2490 or email them at fraudhelp@sao9.org. They are investigating numerous complaints about Albert Arcuri already and every new case report helps.

I also HIGHLY RECOMMEND contacting the Internet Crime Complaint Center. Their website is http://www.ic3.gov. This agency is run by the FBI and the Bureau of Justice. We need to bring him to justice and needless to say receive our refunds for his lies.

First off, Your threats are completely empty, and useless to me, this does nothing for me or to me, Whether you think it does or not I have many people at sony working for me so please just stop the nonsense. Our paypal account is a million dollar account and they are very sure at this point in time how well we run our business. So lets cut the nonsense thats just wasting your time and get to business.
   I am out of the office tonight, and tomorrow, FOR THE MOST PART, I may be able to swing a few emails. I understand CSM had trouble resolving your issue. Can you please catch me up and let me know where its at, and what the items were you were after? I can have them taken care of asap as noted to complete the transaction as originality planned. I have done business with Game Seller Pros and they have been slow to get things done on some cases and quick on others. The worst I would say was I had to wait over 3 weeks for them to get started which was very frustrating, but was well worth the wait.

A few of my friends have use their service as well and same thing.

After reading your comments I believe also that you are a Sony Representative.

A. I do not think anyone would have used Sony's EULA in their remarks, and if they did, they would have stated what their account was banned for instead of claiming actions and activities.  Having played with a few of their crews, on at least my server I can say that they do not hack, they work very hard to get the gear that I have purchased and even let me loot extra stuff while they were killing things.

B. If you had 20 e-mails going back and forth you would have posted one as an example. 

C. Albert is obviously not working with sony as his company technically is against the terms of using Everquest, so how would he get your account banned with sony?

D. The only site Game Seller Pros goes through is Paypal, which means you can get a refund just by filing with them, its something I like about the company.

These are the Justifications I see as to why this is an Erroneous attempt to make a frodulent claim against a company that has done well by me.
