Albert Lee Garrard has been ripping people off here where he was raised in Northwest Al., he pretended to purchase my deceased husbands tools etc and loaded a truck load of items up with the help of his wife Cathy, paid me less than half of what he purchased and said I would get the rest next month, he now has moved on to another friend and true to form has ripped him off, he left a congregation of Gods people in Hamilton, Al owing many members money, mostly ladies who tried to help him purchase his medicine and see Doctors. He is truly a rip off artist with a life long history of this behavior, he now lives in Guin Al, his wife Cathy who is now on probation for thef by deception. His victims are anyone who he thinks he can con for money or possessions using religion to get people to help him because he has fallen on hard times.
