ALBERT LOWRY, AKA NATIONAL INVESTORS ASSOCIATION AND LEARNING ANNEX ALBERT LOWRY, AKA NATIONAL INVESTORS ASSOCIATION AND LEARNING ANNEX REAL ESTATE PROGRAMS ARE FRAUDS, SCAMS AND STEAL MONEY FROM PERSONS WHO ATTEND HIS SEMINARS IN WILMINGTON DE. Las Vegas, Nevada

My wife and I attended Lowry's seminars in PA about 6 months ago. Lowry's seminar made many false statements, promises and claims that we could be rich if we followed his real estate and investment plans and programs. My wife and I paid his company's representatives more than $25,000 to set up for us his investment programs.

It has now been close to 9 months and Lowry has not paid us back any of our monies paid for his fraudulent, deceptive and scheming plans to steal from us, more than 150-250 persons who attended his PA seminars. My wife has tried to contact him and his company's representatives by telephone, faxes and mail. But, we have not gotten any of money back, which includes all of our additional fees paid to several attorneys to have them investigate Lowry's many false statements made to us, decieving us into paying him $25,000 for his criminal investment programs.

Since that seminar, my wife and I have also expended another $10,000 in attorneys fees, costs to mail and faxes to his various criminal companies, who sponsered this 'criminal'. We called the various States Attorneys' Generals and Consumer Protection Offices after speaking to a referral to the FTC, Philadelphia office. My wife and I also started to check the internet and told our friends about this fraud, where he has also per the internet websites, consprotlit.org. that illustrated to us what type and kind of scammer he is, where there are also other sites that tell us how Lowry had hired a B'Sedek to threaten, coerce, intimidate and cause harm to anyone who has tried to challenge Lowry's "criminal enterprises".

From those websites, Lowry has hired others to hurt, threaten, coerce and intimidate anyone who wants to get their money back. My wife and I saw Donald Trump on television's cable network about a month ago. Trump told viewers that anyone, naming Lowry, Sheets, Allen, Russel Daulby and others who try to sell GET-RICH-QUICK SCHEMES using real estate flipping and
getting bank loans by committing bank fraud, credit card fraud, and then deceiving the seller into believing that their home is not worth as much as it is.

According to the FBI and Secret Service, referred to us by an FTC
attorney and US attorney in Dover, DE, we were told that Lowry and Allen are the newest criminals that are costing all persons who buy his real estate programs to lose, as several websites have reported, victims have lost from $25,000 to $50,000, like my wife and I have, to as much as or more than $250,000 as what was reported in the websites we found that reported Lowry's crimes to consumer protection offices and states attorneys generals.

My wife and I request that if you bought Lowry's real estate sales programs and investment programs, then lose your money, having to pay out tens of thousands of --additional-- monies to get your money back, call an attorney and sue Lowry and his companies, as Trump said to do. Those real estate programs sold by Lowry, Allen, Sheets, Daulby and Russ Grimm, are all scams solely intended to steal your money and make them RICH, NOT YOU.
