The DocumentServiceCenter Are Claiming that they are a LOAN MODIFICATION CO. In FACT: A SCAM & COMMITTING FRAUD!! To a disabled home owner playing on the fact that I recently was seriously injured and now fully disabled. He knew i had very little income and lied stating he would represent me get the gov. Refinance / modification program specically called HAMP. I'm oct./Nov. 2016 (www.makinghomeaffordable.gov/already/pages/already-mha-landing.aspx) while knowing I have very little income. He stated I would make my next 3 mortgage payments to him and guaranteed if I did not get approved for any reason for the specific program which I was not approved and did not received the HAMP modification, I would be fully refunded my entire 3 full mortgage payments to he and his company immediatly. I have the phone calls completely recorded as well. I spoke to him over 45 min on multible occasions verifying everything he stated over and over due to the fact I was a real estate broker for 17 years as well as a certified loan counselor at one time. I was not approved due to them not turning in my documents on time. I now am 3-4 months late on my mortgage which he said would be removed due to the fact that the program would pay the back payments since I paid the mortgage payments to him. My credit went down 100's of points. I almost lost my home with no place to go due to now having bad credit, paying him all my money and not receiving any refund, call back or email. I have been trying to call for months leaving messages and still no response from either he or Susan.
