Alberto Lopez Abusive, Liar, stealer, scammer Kalamazoo Michigan

You are brought into the office with the understanding that you will be managing a team of cleaners.  When in fact you are to sell Kirby Vac.  They lie to you about your pay.  You are promised so much money a week, then once you start they tell you that after so much time you are on commission.  To get the money are are promised in the beginning you must meet their criteria, the problem is, is that you will never meet their criteria.  You are suppose to show a certain number of Vacs, which is almost impossible.  You are under the impression that the appointments are set and all you have to do is arrive at the person's house.  Wrong.  You have to knock on the doors and "force" your way into the house.  

Not only that, you have to pay for the gas for them to drive you around, you also have to pay for the "gifts" that are given to the customers for allowing you to show them the vac.  You are told you can work part time, but you are out for 10-12 hours every day.  You are not allowed to use the restroom unless you ask to use that of a customer or Alberto and Linzy Lopez approve it.    

They will find every reason they can come up with to take money out of your paycheck.    They get the customer's personal information and run credit checks, but instead of leaving the paper with the person information with the customer, if they fail the credit check, they take it with them.  Customer ask what is going to happen to the paper.  We are told that it is shredded, but I never once saw one of those papers shredded.  

They do not care if you are in college or not, you are suppose to give up your time for them.  If you have medical issues, they don't care.  They did not think that you should ever take time off from work, regardless of the reason. They talk about people if they aren't there.  If they are there, they degrade them and talk crap about them.   They belittle everyone that works there.  

It is a hostile work environment.  I have heard that every Kirby place is like that.  They all need to be shut down.  Kirby is not as great as they say it is.   They lie to get you to work there and they lie to the customers.   

I hope that the right person will read this and investigate them.  They should not be allowed to take advantage of people the way they do or to continue to have a hostile work environment.   Alberto cheats on his wife with employees, he uses it as a ploy to be nice to the person. After I stopped working there he told me if I gave him 10 blow jobs he would give me a vac cleaner.
