Recently at the end of April Been getting calls from Phone number 866-948-1086.  I pick up the call and there's a recording from a David Weak.  Stating he has papers to serve me at my place of employment or resident.  After he states the automated message leaves a message to call the above phone number. 

However I call the number this moring 5/15/2015, and spoke with a Veronica she informed me I'm being sued by Beneficial and it's the the attorney's office and need to settle this out of court by recieving their courtsey call to settle this out of court.  If not you will be sued and served.  Further more she stated "I" will help you by giving you a 50% discount and you just pay $3 thousand, and this need to be paid by Monday 5/18/2015.  I told her I don't have that kind of money and she don't have that money herself.  She then told me to borrow from my 401k, or go to a bank and borrow money to make payment.  She didn't give me her last name.  I told her I'll google Albertsons & Assiciates and said to do so. 

Does anyone know if that a real attorney agency?
