About 1 year ago I bought an unlocked phone from Target department store for $169.00. Beautiful. Worked like a dream-then 3 weeks later it died. Target indicated I should contact the warranty people of this product. For the last year I have written over 50 e-mails-to every department within this corporation. The use Alcatel Lucent-as the name for thewir phones- but when you e-mail them-they tell you to contact TCL. When you contact TCL or any other site listed on the Internet- they totally ignore you- not even acknowleding you at all. But they do send out ads for every new phone they build and attempt to sell.
At this late date- I would have to be crazy to even think about buying anything from this company-and so should you. Unless you want to become a victim as I was. Remember they are in France- your in the USA. Then it's a maze to try to figure out who to call or eben write. Then they ignore you. So once you spend your money- your out of any recourse.
Please- do your homework-and do not buy anything from this firm.
