We fell for their pitch. "As good as anyone, excellent support, fully functional, great for restaurants". It was all BS. their POS system seems to have been designed by people who have never been in a restaurant much less managed one. Useless reports, slow screen refresh, Horrible GUI, constant crashes, difficult to use for servers and managers. Actually, impossible to use.

Save your money and spend a little more for a reputable system. Belive me, you will make it back in spades.
