I just bought my software this year with two licenses and have decided to sell my POS system. I called Aldelo to see about transferring and they said it was easy, just a simple form and then they said there was also a fee. $447 per license? What almost $1000 to transfer software that I own and just bought from them? Absolutely ridiculous; Microsoft isn't asking for a fee to let the guy have the operating system that is on the POS that I also bought and own. This is flat out poor business; they have too many hidden fees like $95 per call after your 30days is up. Avoid, go elsewhere.
