 RIPOFF RENTAL COMPANY!! Alden short inc was my choice to rent a home! First it took them 8 days after i paid my deposit and rent for me to move in. A week after i moved in, the bathroom began to mold in the ceiling. It took them a week after i made the work order to come out. When the guy came out he painted over it and told me it was from heat and not mold. It happened again and they never cane back out. I was told they were busy week after week. I moved out august 30,2015. Today is october 12,2015 and ive been told for 12 days i couldnt talk to the person named LINDA who does deposits AND WAS TOLD TO LEAVE MY NUMBER and she will call me back each day, but i never recieved a call.until they told me a guy named SAM who is the supervisor would call me back in 2 hours.after about 2 in a half hours i called back and they told me he was gone.i asked for the head office or corporate number they told me this was it! Im going to go in person in the morning and see what they say. Never rent through these people!
