Mutui e "anticipi": Aldo Ferrari di nuovo nei guai
L'ACCUSA - Se solo avessero saputo i guai giudiziari in cui era coinvolto in Italia, si sarebbero ben guardati dal versargli centinaia di migliaia di euro per non meglio precisate commissioni e consulenze. Invece, stando alla denuncia querela depositata nei giorni scorsi in procura, alcune società spagnole si sono rivolte al faccendiere tizzanese Aldo Ferrari già coinvolto in una serie di spericolate operazioni finanziarie per ottenere finanziamenti dagli importi faraonici (almeno sulla carta).
Ma a distanza di alcuni anni dalla firma di quei contratti, dei soldi promessi non c'è nemmeno l'ombra: in compenso, il denaro richiesto a più riprese da Ferrari e versato dalle aziende è svanito nel nulla. In tutto, 625 mila euro. Da qui la denuncia, in cui viene contestato il reato di truffa aggravata. (...)

LA REPLICA - La querela per truffa aggravata contro di lui? Aldo Ferrari proprio non se la sa spiegare, se non con la tesi secondo cui «è una forzatura per cercare di anticipare i tempi». Il faccendiere, raggiunto al telefono, spiega che non più tardi di qualche giorno fa ha ricevuto nel suo ufficio i rappresentanti di tre di quelle società: la Zafiro, la Cullinan e la Limpaser. "Per una di queste, la Zafiro - assicura - è già stato disposto il finanziamento, mentre per le altre abbiamo preso accordi".  (...)
