Alert One Promise if you pay full year at a time, you can get refund for rest of contract - this is a complete lie Nationwide

 When you sign up, they tell you if you will pay for the full year in advance, you can get the remainder of the year refunded if you have to go into a care center or pass away.  This is just a sham.  When I called to tell them my grandma had passed away, they said "we never give refunds" and then the young woman on the phone became rude and beligerent.  Not only is this an un-professional company, they stoop to exploiting vulnerable seniors by stealing their money after they either pass away or become too disabled to pursue their refund.  Shameless!
