The "Alert System with Visa MasterCard" has placed multiple recorded calls to my phone number, which is on the Do Not Call list. The "Alert System with Visa MasterCard" has continued to do this despite being told on multiple occasions to stop.
In addition, and this would make anybody suspicious, one of the representatives to whom I spoke would not, when asked repeatedly, provide me with a company Web site or Web address. A legitimate business would almost certainly have one in this day and age. In addition, I was unable to call back the number that appeared on CallerID. I would not do business with somebody who makes illegal robocalls, does not have a company Web site, and calls from spoofed phone numbers.

"Alert system with visa mastercard" asked for last 4 digits of credit card number and SSN
AUTHOR: Anonymous robocall victim - (United States)
SUBMITTED: Thursday, July 05, 2018
They called again today (despite being told repeatedly not to, and that they are in violation of Do Not Call) from a number to which the call could not be returned. The number is in my local area which suggests strongly it was spoofed.
I pretended interest in their service, and they asked for the following:
(1) Last four digits of my credit card number
(2) Last four digits of my Social Security number
(3) My Zip code
(4) The bank that issued the credit card
(5) The customer service phone number of the bank
Needless to say, I did not give them the information. An onine article "Can I Give Away the Last Four Numbers of My Social Security Number?" warns that fraudsters can use computer algorithms to predict the first five digits of the Social Security number of people born after 1989. Add the last four, and they have the entire number. "Guard the last 4 digits of your Social Security number – they may be all ID thieves need" adds, “If someone asks for the last four digits, you’re basically turning over the keys ...If it’s a sophisticated criminal, that’s all they need.”
"British tabloid type "spoofing" threatens your credit card information" by Broderick Perkins warns further, "Anyone who can "spoof" your [phone] number, has those last four digits and your ZIP code, may be able to obtain the same account." In other words, if they have your phone number (because they know the number at which they called you), the last 4 digits of your credit card number, and your Zip code, they can call the bank to access your balance and other information.
While "Alert system with visa mastercard" did not ask for my entire credit card number or Social Security number, the fact that they called from a phone number to which it is not possible to place a return call, and the fact that their call is illegal in the first place according to the Do Not Call law, tells me everything I need to know about them.
