Alesse eye serum and envie anti serum Rude, uncaring Nationwide

 I received an Email about these product and that the cost was the postage of less than $10.00. I placed the order, my account was charged for the postage, I received a 0.50(1/2 ounce) bottle of alesse ageless eye serum, and 0.50 (again 1/2 ounce) of envie anti wrinkle cream. This transaction took place 8/19/17. On 9/8/17, I was charged $98.63 for the two products. I called and cancelled the order. When I called, I was told that you have to call and cancel within 14 days. When I said I did not receive the products ( thinking more had been shipped) I was told that this charge was for the original order. Therefore, I was charged 98.63 for about an ounce of the two products combined. Greg, number 243 at the number 1-888-978-6331 was very rude and disrespectful.
