This place needs to be permanently shut down.   ALL of their locations.   It's nice that the Alessis can all live in palaces while they run a rodent infested cesspool!  Stay Away and don't eat there.   They have some nerve bringing their mouthpiece lawyer to the table to say they had roofing problems and that is how the rats are pouring into their establishment.   Maybe the corrupt State of Florida and the notriously incompetent DBPR underfunded and understaffed because they are controlled by the restaurant and hotel lobby won't do anything but you can.   VOTE with your wallet and let these jerks know that their 100 year empire is crumbling fast.   Just check out WFTS Dirty Dining videos on this place and you will see what I mean.   If you ran a resaurant or bakery like this in California, the California restaurant authorities would catch you and you would be in handcuffs.   Your restaurant would be closed for weeks if not months while you fought to keep your license.   It's time the cowards in the legislature crack down on these kind of establishments and the greedy hogs that run them but only care about the almighty dollar not the health or hygiene of their establishment.
