I purchased Alex Goad and Saj P's internet marketing program, Commission Payload, in December 2009 because there was a lot of positive buzz around it at the time and judging from the sales letter on its webpage, it seemed to be one of the most comprehensive courses offered on CPA marketing, one of the hottest topics to hit internet marketing in recent years.

I was interested in this course because it claimed to offer help to generate cashflow i.e. according to the sales letter on their website, this is "not tomorrow money, or 4 weeks later money, immediately useable, spendable in your account money within hours if not minutes! This is like getting a payday loan, except you never have to pay it back since you didnt borrow a dime" as well as admission to an event/webinar that was supposedly to be held in Boston in March 2010 to further one's knowledge on CPA marketing.

After going through the course though, there didn't seem to be any mention of these aforementioned items (at least, I didn't see any mention of them upon logging into the members area nor was I informed about it by email as of June 20, 2010).  Although Commission Payload only issues refunds within the first 30 days of purchase, I still contacted their support on May 27, 2010 to see if I could get a refund since I wasn't happy that the course didn't cover such topics, but their support replied by saying, "No, I don't think they can give a refund at this time".

However, I strongly feel that a refund is still deserved at this time, since they haven't fully delivered on the contents stated on their sales letter so far.
