Firstly I, Trevor Goble have had no involvement with Elliott and Browne I did however I was an officer of RDI Model and Talent and X Model Management. X Model Management never conducted any business and therefore no scam as claimed could have ever existed.

As for RDI Model and Talent 5 out of 100 clients did have complaints and only 1 had validity and a prompt and full refund was issued. However, there are those who had valid concerns and demanded refunds but services were provided. Not unlike Walmart or Sears they have customers who complainted but they don't conceed to all. While they try to appease the customer some customers simply won't accept the final decision.

RDI can proudly state that we have never intended nor deliberate scammed any one and I would challenge anyone to establish that we did with clear intent scam or defraud anyone.

I do openly admit that some creditors where affect while others were in fact paid and releases issued.

The author of this report clearly doesn't understand the law since you can not file a class action lawsuit against an individual or company. While sometimes bad decisions are made for which at the time it seemed to be the right one we are all proned to mistakes just like any human being.

By the way Redacted means to frame so it would appear the author of this report is looking to frame the individuals and soliciting information to pursue a lawsuit. I think they will be hard pressed to establish the fundamental principle of "intent".
